When your ready to enjoy a Dole Whip snack ….

                                                       Grab the frozen pineapple

and let it thaw out a bit about 5-8 minutes

so the chunks seperate from each other …..

Place the frozen pineapple chunks in a blender

                                                           Add the Almond milk

                                                                    I’m eyeballing 8 oz …

if you can buy local honey …great for the Allergies !!!

                                                Again I’m eyeballing 1 tablespoon

                                                               Now blend until smooth….

You want it to be thick as well !

Not like a milkshake….

                                                             This looks soooo Yummy !

Time to spoon into a dessert cup ….

*For an authentic Dole Whip presentation,

transfer the frozen dessert to a large plastic bag,

and cut off the tip to create a piping bag.

Pipe the pineapple whip into a cup, and serve immediately!

                                                                                &

                                                                          enjoy !
