Overnight Oatmeal Chia Pots
Great Quick & Healthy Breakfast !
Do you have Left over Strawberries & Blueberries from July 4th ?
I made up some Overnight Oatmeal Chia Pots in a mason jar
topped with mixed berries!!!!
I served mine up in a bowl however this breakfast is a great take on-the-go just add berries on top of the chia pots
in the mason jar and off you go !!!
1 tbsp black chia seeds
¼ cup Gluten free rolled oats
½ cup cashew milk(substitute almond,flax seed or any dairy substitute)
¼ cup each fresh strawberries & blueberries
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp honey or stevia (substitute brown sugar )
Add all of the ingredients to a 8 ounce mason jar. Cover with a lid and gently shake until the ingredients are combined.
At breakfast top chia pots with fresh berries.
